The Delhi Government has mandated virtual personal hearings for all GST proceedings, aiming to enhance transparency and operational efficiency. These hearings will now be conducted exclusively through digital platforms such as Webex or Google Meet, replacing the need for physical appearances. Strict protocols have been outlined to ensure smooth and secure interactions between taxpayers and authorities. Physical hearings will only be allowed in exceptional circumstances and require prior approval from the Zonal Incharge.
