Our Firm Sunil K. Khanna & Co. was founded in 2nd February, 1976 by our founder Late CA. Sunil Kumar Khanna. Our Founder founded the firm with a vision to build an institution of learning for the team members associated with the firm and to render a one stop solution to his clients. We are one of the leading Chartered Accountant Firms In India offering services in the field of Income Tax, Goods & Services Tax, Corporate Law, Regulatory Compliance and Audit & Assurance. The immense experience of the firm helps in rendering a wide variety of services to Indian and Multi National companies.
Our Founder has imbibed in a rich culture amongst all the team members which is to serve the client beyond his expectations. This has helped the firm to grow as well as retain its clients for years. Most of our clients have been consistently associated with us for the past three generations and our team has had the privilege of serving them for the past many years.
In the year 2002, Our Firm transitioned from 1st Generation to 2nd Generation firm when Our Present Managing Partner CA. Sumeet Khanna son of our founder Late CA. Sunil Kumar Khanna joined the firm. He brought in the young talent which was required to support the rich experience of the firm. It was indeed an era of technical and skill advancement for the firm in India. The rest is History as the firm’s presence grew multifold and expanding into multi disciplinary practice.

Our Founder Late CA.Sunil Kumar Khanna
Our Firm was founded by Late CA.Sunil Kumar Khanna in 1976. He completed his schooling from D.A.V. School, Chandigarh and thereon went on to be a graduate by Chandigarh University. He belongs to an affluent and educated family. His father retired as Director of Industries, Haryana. His family consists of Architects, Engineers and Financial Consultants. He cleared his Chartered Accountancy Course in 1975. During the course of his education he got an opportunity to work with many renowned firms of the Era of 1970’s enriching his experience in the field of Audit and Taxation in India. He was one of the pioneers in India in Taxation and Corporate Law. His focus at all times was to help and guide his clients to the path of prosperity.
Our Managing Partner CA. Sumeet Khanna
An Experienced Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of expertise in the areas of Business Setup in India and Abroad, Tax Advisory, Non Resident Tax & Regulatory Compliance, Foreign National Tax Management, Tax Planning, Tax Compliance & Filings, Corporate Compliance & Advisory, Audit, Investigations & Reporting, Tax, Government Relationship Management and Representations to the Indian Tax & Regulatory Authorities.
He completed his Schooling from St. Anthony Convent School at a town near Delhi in 1998. Thereafter, he completed his Honours in commerce from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Sheikh Sarai, Delhi University in 2001. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants in India (ICAI), Delhi in 2002 holding a meritorious position. He was also awarded by then Chief Minister of Delhi, Ms. Shiela Dixit for achieving highest position in Auditing & Investigations in the final Semester with the ICAI. He Enrolled as an Associate Chartered Accountant in the Register of Members in the year 2003.
In 2003 he qualified as an Information System Auditor (I.S.A.) which helped him to create a value add for Bank and Financial Institutions. In 2005 he also qualified to be enrolled as a Direct Insurance Broker conducted by the Insurance Regulatory Development Authority (IRDA). In 2012 He was certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
